XML Developer
8 Month Contract
Redmond WA 98052
We are looking for two experienced XML developers to help develop a core set of native Operations Manager 2007 Management Packs for the next generation of Windows Operating System. They may also be called on to help design and develop automated build and testing procedures.

Some of the daily responsibilities may include -
Prioritize work as directed by Project Managers
Attend regular meetings with IT Operations subject matter experts (SMEs) and developers
Providing regular status updates to Project Managers
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and effectively meet project deliverables on time.
Research ideas, technologies and strategies to support user requirements.
The successful candidate must have 3-5 years experience in the following languages and technologies:
In-depth XML experience (i.e. XPath, XSLT, XSD, DTD)
A .Net language such as C# or VB.Net
Experience with a Windows scripting language such as VBscript or Jscript
Core Windows OS Infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, IIS, Clustering, NLB, DNS, DHCP, etc

The ideal candidate will also have experience in the following areas:
Experience using SQL Reporting Services is a plus
Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005
System Center Operations Manager (SMS) 2007
Management Pack development

Work must be done on site in Redmond, WA.
Must have a laptop for this assignment.
